It seems that some men are forced into counseling
I see it sometimes in my office – that look of dread that says “I’d rather be anywhere but here.” A couple sitting on the couch; she’s eager to tell me everything, he’s squirming hoping to avoid talking. If this sounds familiar or if you’re being pushed into couples or family therapy, take heart. You’re not alone. In fact, it’s so common that I recently recorded a podcast discussing the subject of “Reluctant Men in Counseling.”
