I believe counseling should feel supportive, genuine, and collaborative. Life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and emotional overwhelm can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves and others. My goal is to help clients feel heard while working towa n rd healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and lasting change.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship conflict, parenting concerns, premarital counseling, anxiety, and major life transitions. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps couples and families strengthen connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust within relationships.
I believe meaningful change happens through connection, trust, and working together toward shared goals. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Holy Cross. My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and adults in recovery settings.
Before entering the counseling profession, I worked for many years in healthcare management and radiation oncology. Those experiences deepened my understanding of the emotional impact of stress, illness, caregiving responsibilities, and major life changes.
As a wife and mother of two, I understand the challenges of balancing family life, relationships, career transitions, and personal growth. I value creating a comfortable environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
