Navigating the college application process can be overwhelming, but students don’t have to do it alone. The Next Chapter Pre-College Coaching Program empowers high school students to transform anxiety into action, build confidence, and make informed decisions about their future. This six-week program provides expert guidance and a supportive environment where teens learn essential skills for success, both in the college application process and beyond.

What Your Teen Will Gain:

Week 1 – Anxiety and Stress Management Techniques

Students will learn practical techniques to manage stress and reduce anxiety related to the college decision-making process. This session focuses on mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and ways to stay grounded during overwhelming moments.

Week 2 – Time Management and Organization Strategies

Effective time management is key to balancing academics, extracurriculars, and personal life. This session introduces tools and strategies to help students stay organized, meet deadlines, and maximize productivity.

Week 3 – Building Support Systems

Success is not a solo journey—students will explore how to cultivate strong personal, academic, and emotional support networks. This session highlights the importance of mentors, family, friends, and school resources in navigating the transition to college.

Week 4 – Developing Healthy Coping Strategies

College comes with challenges, and having healthy coping mechanisms is essential. Students will learn how to recognize stress triggers and develop positive, sustainable habits for managing emotions and setbacks.

Week 5 – Creating a Balanced Lifestyle

A well-rounded lifestyle leads to long-term success. This session helps students prioritize self-care, set boundaries, and create a balance between academic, social, and personal responsibilities.

Week 6 – Setting Goals and Visualization of the Future

Students will reflect on their journey, set meaningful goals, and visualize their future with clarity. This final session wraps up the program by reinforcing confidence, resilience, and a proactive mindset for the road ahead.

The Next Chapter is a small-group coaching program designed to provide personalized attention and foster a supportive community. Each session is 80 minutes long and limited to 4-8 participants.
