Ben talks about his business and his knowledge and expertise in Chiropractic. He also discusses how attitude can influence our business and our relationships, and the significance of adjusting your work-life balance.

Dr. Ben Dichiara grew up in New Orleans, LA and attended LSU. After moving to Houston he realized how special southeast Louisiana is and moved back as quickly as possible. He as been in practice for 11 years in Metairie as a Chiropractor. Ben enjoys helping others from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior. 

When the quarantine started he had to adjust his mentality to an attitude of gratitude. His change of perspective allowed him to see that even though the situation isn’t ideal, he can enjoy and be grateful for the additional time he has with his kids and family.
