Sex Isn’t Always Easy: A Sex Therapist’s Perspective

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Board-Approved Supervisor (BACS), Educator, and Master Addictions Clinician (MAC). I am trauma-informed and use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness and body-based therapies, to tailor my therapy to each individual client’s needs.

I strive to create warm and genuine connections with my clients so that I can provide them with the support they need to navigate the joys, sorrows, traumas, bodily changes, and everything else that life brings us.

I specialize in sex therapy, substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, and trauma and offer counseling for both individuals and couples. I am sex worker positive, affirming of polyamory/consensual non-monogamy, kink, and LGBTQ+ identities. I help my clients strengthen their relationships, intimacy, and communication, and explore their sexuality and gender in a safe and compassionate space.
