You’re struggling with something, right? I’d love to attempt to help. Let’s sit down together and talk it out.
Life doesn’t come with a map on how to deal with its constant changes and turns, and the adolescent and early adult years can be significantly challenging to navigate. Managing daily issues can become overwhelming when you’re still trying to discover and establish a sense of who you really are. I help young people grow in the self-awareness needed to address personal problems and work towards building a life they can enjoy. I have helped teens and their parents resolve conflict and adapt to changes within the family, such as divorce transitions or the loss of a loved one. I’ve assisted young adults in developing the confidence to handle occupational or academic stress, accomplish their goals, overcome individual and relational issues, and create a positive self-image.
If you or your child are looking for support in life’s struggles, schedule an appointment with me today.
