Life is hard. Is anyone really listening to what you say? Problems with friendships as your lives begin to take different paths? Test anxiety? I am here to listen to you without judgment, teach you new skills, and empower you to make the choices that are the best for you. Each of us is unique and we deserve to choose our own path in life. When I was young, I dreamed of working on Wall Street.  That journey began when I earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Ole Miss and subsequently earning an MBA in Finance from Tulane.  Through life pivots and perseverance, I achieved a slightly different dream.  After about two decades in various financial roles, I chose a different path by dedicating my life to helping children and adolescents. As a parent, I had a front row seat to the challenges facing youth in today’s world. In 2021, I earned my Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling from LSU HSC New Orleans. It is my passion to help young people develop the skills necessary to be the best version of themselves.
